If you are ever faced with the task of throwing a 100th anniversary celebration, call the people at UCR’s College of Natural and Agricultural Sciences (CNAS). They really know how to throw a party. From the Temecula Valley vintages at the pre-gala wine-tasting to the filet mignon and salmon dinner featuring ingredients that have benefited from UCR research, the evening was an elegant tribute to the science and scientists that have helped UCR make California agriculture a $31.7 billion-a-year industry.
